Can men get yeast infections?
Yeast infections are not defined as sexually transmitted diseases (STD) and it's uncommon for men to contract them through sex.

However, if a male has any penile itching, redness, or discomfort, and his sexual partner has a yeast infection, he should see his doctor to discuss treatment options. Some of these treatment options might include products containing miconazole nitrate such as MONISTAT* and MICATIN*.
